Comfort Systems USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, provides comprehensive mechanical contracting services, which principally includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”), plumbing, piping and controls, as well as off-site construction, electrical, monitoring and fire protection. We install, maintain, repair and replace products and systems throughout the United States. Approximately 37% of our consolidated 2017 revenue is attributable to installation of systems in newly constructed facilities, with the remaining 63% attributable to maintenance, repair and replacement services.

Our consolidated 2017 revenue was derived from the following service activities, all of which are in the mechanical services industry, the single industry segment we serve:
