There was no significant share activity during the six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020.

Common Stock Dividends

On July 15, 2021, our board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.98 per common share payable on September 2, 2021 to holders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2021.
