Attached is the English translation of the letter filed with the Comision Nacional de Valores and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos on November 16, 2020. 
 
By letter dated November 16, 2020, CRESUD S.A.C.I.F. y A. ("CRESUD" or "the Company"), reports that in relation to the Exchange Offer ended on November 10, 2020, and as a result of the settlement of said Exchange, Series XXIV Notes were exchanged for a Nominal Value of USD 65,075,746 (US dollars sixty-five million seventy-five thousand seven hundred forty-six).
 
For this reason, the Company will proceed to cancel the Notes that are detailed below:

Maturity Date: November 14, 2020.
Nominal Value originally issued: USD 73,605,400 (US dollars seventy-three million six hundred five thousand four hundred).
