Attached is the English translation of the letter filed with the Comision Nacional de Valores and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos on February 10, 2020.

By letter dated February 10, 2020, CRESUD SACIF Y A ("CRESUD" or the "Company"), reported that Mister Héctor Rogelio TORRES has presented his indefinable resignation to the position of Regular Director of the Company for which he was appointed in a timely manner, which has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company in the terms of art. 259 of Law 19,550, indicating that it has not been intentional or untimely and does not affect the normal functioning of the Company.
