6. Stockholders’ Equity

The Company is authorized to issue 110,000,000 shares of common stock, $.001 par value per share. As of September 30, 2011, there were 62,930,873 shares of common stock outstanding. During the quarter ended September 30, 2011 there were no shares of common stock issued as a result ofstock option exercises, and for the nine month period ended September 30, 2011, there were 240,000 shares of common stock issued as a result of stock option exercises. There were 4,800 shares of common stock issued as a result ofstock option exercises during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010.
