Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 22, 2022, Autoliv, Inc. (“Autoliv”) issued a release (the “Release”) announcing that it has renewed its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the “EMTN Programme”). Under the EMTN Programme, Autoliv may issue, from time to time, notes guaranteed by Autoliv ASP, Inc. (the “Guarantor”) in the equivalent amount of up to EUR 3,000,000,000 in various currencies. The EMTN Programme was renewed for a period of one year. A copy of the Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
Notes issued under the EMTN Programme have not been, and will not be, registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”), will only be offered and sold outside the United States to non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions in reliance on Regulation S under the Act and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements under the Act.

First Quarter Dividend
In a press release dated February 22, 2022, Autoliv announced that the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 cents per share for the first quarter of 2022. The dividend will be payable on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 to the Company stockholders of record on the close of business on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
A copy of the press release dated February 22, 2022 regarding the first quarter dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

Autoliv: Board of Directors approves renewal of EMTN Programme
(Stockholm, Sweden, February 22, 2022) The Funding Committee of the Board of Directors of Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and Nasdaq Stockholm: ALIV.sdb) (the Company) approved today the renewal for one year of its 3,000,000,000 guaranteed euro medium term note programme (the EMTN Programme), which was originally established on 11 April 2019.
The renewal of the EMTN Programme will allow the Company to take advantage of the funding opportunities provided by the capital markets and institutional investors through the future issuance of notes (the Notes). The Notes issued by the Company under the EMTN Programme will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Companys subsidiary, Autoliv ASP, Inc. (the Guarantor).
The base listing particulars dated February 22, 2022 (the Base Listing Particulars), which has been prepared by the Company and the Guarantor in connection with the EMTN Programme, has been approved by Euronext Dublin and is available for viewing on the website of Euronext Dublin (http://www.ise.ie).

Autoliv Declares Quarterly Dividend
(Stockholm, Sweden, February 22, 2022) Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV.sdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents for the first quarter of 2022.
The dividend will be payable on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 to Autoliv shareholders of record on the close of business on Tuesday, March 8. The ex-date will be Monday, March 7, for holders of common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
