12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Veoneer, Inc., was a related party until April 1, 2022. During the three months period ended March 31, 2022, when Veoneer was a related party, the Company's related party purchases from Veoneer amounted to $17 million. For the three and six months periods ended June 30, 2021, the Company's related party purchases from Veoneer amounted to $20 million and $41 million, respectively.
