Fisher Communications, Inc. (“Fisher”), has a made a definitive filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of a proxy statement and accompanying proxy card to be used to solicit votes in connection with Fisher’s 2011 annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 11, 2011. Mr. Lorber and FrontFour Capital, a Connecticut-based hedge fund, are seeking to take control of the

The Board carefully considered and deliberated on the proposal at an in-person meeting
