("Bojangles'"). The Merger Agreement provided that each share of Bojangles' common stock would automatically be converted into the right to receive $16.10 in cash, without interest. The merger closed on [January 28, 2019.] The shares reproted herein are held directly by Advent-Bojangles Acquisition Limited Partnership ("ABA"). The Advent Funds (as defined below) directly own all of the partnership interests in ABA.
