Other Operating Losses

Early Retirement Program

During the

first

quarter of fiscal

2019,

we offered a voluntary early retirement package to certain eligible employees of the Company. Twenty-

three

employees accepted the offer, which expired on

February 28, 2019.

These employees are to receive pay equal to

one

-half their current salary plus benefits over a period of

one

year from the final day of each individual’s active employment. Accordingly, we recognized a charge of

$835

during the

three

months ended

March 2, 2019.

The unpaid obligation of

$835

is included in other current liabilities and accrued expenses in our condensed consolidated balance sheet as of

March 2, 2019.
