Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 3, 2020, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 for each share of our common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable on May 29, 2020, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2020. Based upon the number of shares outstanding, we anticipate a cash payment of approximately $17 million. On May 1, 2020, we sold a subsidiary that holds a contract that we were required to divest to avoid a conflict resulting from a new contract. The purchase price was $3.25 million.
