trusts (collectively, the &quot;Target REITs&quot;). Upon consummation of the transaction, the Target REITs were merged with and into
an acquisition subsidiary of the Issuer (the &quot;Mergers&quot;). Each holder of stock of the Target REITs received a certain number
of shares of the Issuer's common stock as follows:

Collins Crossing:  6,167.63
Montague:  5,649.72
Royal Ridge:  6,055.79

No fractional shares of the Issuer's common stock were issued in connection with the Mergers.</footnote>
