On April 20, 2004, Entrust, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTU) (“Entrust”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2004. A copy of Entrust’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
