Commitments and Contingencies	14. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Company enters into contracts that contain a variety of representations and warranties and which may provide general indemnifications. The Company’s maximum exposure under these arrangements is unknown as it involves future claims that may be made against the Company under circumstances that have not occurred. The Company leases an automobile under a lease expiring on January 3, 2020. The future minimum lease payments under the lease in aggregate are $45,684 comprised of annual payments of $15,288 in each of the years ending December 31, 2017, 2018, and 2019, respectively.
