Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation announced on April 8, 2008 that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share payable May 2, 2008 to shareholders of record as of April 18, 2008. A copy of the press release summarizing the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
