Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 8, 2019, Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Delaware corporation, announced its plans to conduct a conference call on October 24, 2019 following the release of financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
