NOTE 7 – DUE FROM RELATED PARTY

As of April 30, 2025, due from related party consists of $20,528 (October 31, 2024 - $22,095) due from Arras Minerals Corp. (“Arras”) for shared employees’ salaries and office expenses. The Company and Arras have common directors and officers. This amount is non-interest bearing and is to be repaid on demand. During the six months ended April 30, 2025 and 2024, expenses totaling $178,659 and $135,721 were incurred by the Company on behalf of Arras.
