NET LOSS PER SHARE	NOTE 6 – NET LOSS PER SHARE The Company had stock options and warrants outstanding at April 30, 2025 and 2024 that upon exercise were issuable into 12,517,288 and 12,538,788 shares of the Company’s common stock, respectively. They were not included in the calculation of loss per share because the average market prices are below the exercise price and they would have been anti-dilutive.
