Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 3, 2020, Ms. Christa Steele resigned from the Board of Directors of OFG Bancorp (the “Company”) effective as of such date. The Company thanks Ms. Steele for her expertise and wisdom shared with the Board during her service.
