On March 18, 2005, Radnor Chemical Corporation, and certain other subsidiaries of Radnor Holdings Corporation, amended their requirements contract with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP to reduce the term of the contract to expire on August 1, 2005 in exchange for specified payments to Chevron.
