16. CONCENTRATION AND RISKS  

(a) For the twelve months ended December 31, 2013, 100% of the Company’s assets were located in the PRC and approximately 11% of the Company’s revenues were derived from customers located in the PRC, other revenues were mainly derived from customers located in Thailand, Dubai and Malaysian. 

For the year ended December 31, 2013, major customers with their revenues are presented as follows:

(b) Credit risk

Financial instruments that potentially subject the Company to significant concentrations of credit risk consist principally of cash and trade accounts receivable. The Company performs ongoing credit evaluations of its customers' financial condition, but does not require collateral to support such receivables.
