14. GOVERNMENT & OTHER GRANTS	14. GOVERNMENT GRANTS For the one year period ended December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the Company received grants and rewards from local government in amount of $409,160 and $1,220,920 respectively. The governmental grants were to encourage the Company’s efforts on modern agricultural development. These grants were interest-free and bear no repayment requirements.

The entire disclosure for other income or other expense items (both operating and nonoperating). Sources of nonoperating income or nonoperating expense that may be disclosed, include amounts earned from dividends, interest on securities, profits (losses) on securities, net and miscellaneous other income or income deductions.
