Subsequent Events [Text Block]	7. Subsequent Events Public Offering of Common Stock On April 13, 2022, the Company announced an underwritten public offering of 1,700,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.55 per share. The company granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 255,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. On April 19, 2022, the public offering closed. Gross proceeds from the sale of 1,700,000 shares before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses were approximately $4.3 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
