Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 23, 2012, the hydrogen supply to the Dynamic Fuels Geismar plant was restored. Dynamic Fuels began the startup process and reached full rate operations May 28th, producing 1.1 million gallons of renewable fuels by month end. Also during May Dynamic Fuels completed delivery to the Navy of contracted volumes of jet fuel and marine diesel.
