Stock-Based Compensation	NOTE 10 – STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION Compensation expense associated with our stock-based compensation plans was $3,610 ($2,361 after tax) and $12,783 ($8,245 after tax) for the three and nine months ended July 26, 2013, respectively, compared to $2,025 ($1,345 after tax) and $7,735 ($5,117 after tax) for the three and nine months ended July 27, 2012, respectively.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
