Stock-Based Compensation	NOTE 10 – STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION Compensation expense associated with our stock-based compensation plans was $1,219 ($789 after tax) and $9,173 ($5,884 after tax) for the three and six months ended April 26, 2013, respectively, compared to $3,248 ($2,157 after tax) and $5,710 ($3,772 after tax) for the three and six months ended April 27, 2012, respectively.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
