Stock-Based Compensation	NOTE 11: STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION Compensation expense associated with our stock-based compensation plans was $3,248 ($2,157 after tax) and $5,710 ($3,772 after tax) for the three and six-month periods ended April 27, 2012, respectively, compared to $1,801 ($1,192 after tax) and $3,789 ($2,475 after tax) for the three and six-month periods ended April 29, 2011, respectively.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
