This amendment is being filed solely to correct the number of shares reported as disposed by Mr. Olofson in the original Form 5. The original Form 5 reported that Mr. Olofson gifted 100,000 shares of common stock to the Tom W. and Jeanne H. Olofson Foundation (the "Foundation") and, therefore, no longer beneficially held such shares following such gift. Even though Mr. Olofson did gift 100,000 shares to the Foundation, those shares remained in Mr. Olofson's beneficial ownership and should not have been deducted from the total beneficial ownership reported in Column 5. After giving effect to the gift to the Foundation reported in the original Form 5, the Foundation holds 280,000 shares and all of those shares are included in Column 5 of this amendment.
