On or about October 30, 2023, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of October 24, 2023 a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 16, 2023 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
