On January 20, 2020, Enterprise Financial Services Corp (the "Company" or "EFSC") issued a press release announcing financial information for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The press release and the information included in this Item 2.02 shall not be deemed “filed” with the Commission.

On January 21, 2020, at 2:30 p.m. Central Time, the Company intends to hold a webcast to present information on its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019.
