On November 27, 2009, Basic Earth Science Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release providing news and updates for the Crown #41-31 on its South Flat Lake Prospect in Sheridan County, Montana.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. 
 
On November 30, 2009, the Company issued a press release providing news of the Mondak Federal #4-14H well, a new Bakken well in McKenzie County, North Dakota.   The press release also provides updates on the King's Canyon #21-27H and the Lassen #41-26H wells in McKenzie County, North Dakota.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
