margin-bottom:0pt'&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style='margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt'&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;margin-left:0px;"&gt;The Amended and Restated Credit Agreement stipulates several financial covenants that require us to maintain certain ratios and benchmarks at the end of each quarter as defined in the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;We were in compliance with all of these covenants at&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;
