Our compensation philosophy is designed to attract, retain, and motivate high caliber executive talent necessary to deliver long-term and sustained performance to our shareowners.  We utilize metrics in our annual and long-term incentive compensation programs based on an objective of driving profitable growth and increasing shareowner value.
