In September 2017, we sold W Interconnections, Inc. and subsidiaries, which was included within our Control Products & Solutions segment, for approximately $94.0 million. We recorded a pre-tax gain of $60.8 million as a result of this divestiture, which is included within Other income (expense) in the Consolidated Statement of Operations. The change in fair value of investments includes the gain (loss) on investments and valuation adjustments related to the registration of PTC Shares.
