In September 2017, we sold W Interconnections, Inc. and subsidiaries, which was included within our Control Products & Solutions segment, for approximately $94.0 million. We recorded a pre-tax gain of $60.8 million as a result of this divestiture, which is included within Other Income (Expense) in the Consolidated Statement of Operations.
