Item 5.02. Appointment of Principal Officer.

On December 1, 2005, First Bank of Beverly Hills, a wholly owned subsidiary of Beverly Hills Bancorp Inc. (“BHBC”), appointed Larry B. Faigin as Executive Vice President of Development, effective immediately. Mr. Faigin also serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of BHBC.
