On June 30, 2005, Beverly Hills Bancorp Inc. (“BHBC” or the “Company”) announced that it would hold its annual meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2005 at the law offices of Irell & Manella LLP, 1800 Avenue of the Stars, Suite 900, Conference Room 6C, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Stockholders of record on the books of the Company as of the close of business on July 22, 2005 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
