       On April 18, 2003, Mr. Bruce A. Weinstein resigned as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wilshire Financial Services Group Inc. ("WFSG" or the "Company") to pursue other interests. Mr. Stephen P. Glennon, WFSG's Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective April 23, 2003.
