REDEEMABLE NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS	REDEEMABLE NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS Subsidiary in the Middle East As of September 30, 2024, the noncontrolling interest holder in the Company’s subsidiary in the Middle East had a 25% ownership share. The Company adjusts the redeemable noncontrolling interests (“RNCI”) to redemption value at the end of each reporting period with changes recognized as adjustments to APIC. The Company recognized $98.8 and $93.6 as the RNCI balances as of September 30, 2024 and June 30, 2024, respectively.
