Share-based compensation expense is recognized on a straight-line basis over the requisite service period. Total share-based compensation is shown in the table below:

Equity plan share-based compensation expense of $97.7 and $163.8 were recorded to additional paid in capital and presented in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Equity for the nine months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
