Item 7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure.

        On March 20, 2020, Coty Inc. ("Coty" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing an operational and financial update due to the current unprecedented market conditions related to the COVID-19. Additionally, in the release, the Company is updating its guidance for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 and withdrawing its guidance for fiscal year 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
