^(a)  For the three and six months ended December 31, 2018, outstanding stock options and Series A Preferred Stock with purchase or conversion rights to purchase shares of common stock were excluded in the computation of diluted loss per share due to the net loss incurred during the period. For the three and six months ended December 31, 2017, outstanding stock options and Series A Preferred Stock with purchase or conversion rights to purchase 15.3 million and 13.6 million shares of common stock, respectively, were excluded in the computation of diluted EPS as their inclusion would be anti-dilutive.

^(b)  For the three and six months ended December 31, 2018, RSUs were excluded in the computation of diluted loss per share due to the net loss incurred during the period. For the three and six months ended December 31, 2017, 2.6 million and 4.1 million of outstanding RSUs, respectively, were excluded in the computation of diluted EPS as their inclusion would be anti-dilutive.
