[1] Due to a net income of nil for the three months ended September 30, 2016, outstanding stock options and Series A Preferred Stock with purchase or conversion rights to common stock were excluded from the computation of diluted EPS as their inclusion would be anti-dilutive. For the three months ended September 30, 2015, outstanding stock options and Series A Preferred Stock with purchase or conversion rights to purchase 3.6 million options were excluded in the computation of EPS as their inclusion would be anti-dilutive.
