On February 10, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its preliminary earnings for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2004. On February 11, 2005, the Registrant held a conference call to discuss its earnings for the fiscal quarter and year. The transcript of the conference call is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
