Accumulated net losses from inception to June 30, 2013 totaled $3,693,241.  In order for the Company to meet its liabilities as they come due and to continue its operations, the Company is solely dependent upon its ability to generate such financing. There is no assurance that the Company will be able to obtain such financing.
