Effective as of December 19, 2000, Netergy Networks, Inc. approved a change in its fiscal year from a year ending on the Thursday closest to March 31 to a year ending on the last calendar day of March, beginning in 2001. Each quarter will end on the last day of the last month of each quarter. Since we are enacting this change during fiscal 2001 the quarter end dates for fiscal 2001 were and will be June 29, 2000, September 28, 2000, December 31, 2000, and March 31, 2001.
