COMPANY LIMITED (“BLYVOOR”) PROVISIONAL JUDICIAL
MANAGEMENT ORDER
On the 19
th
of November 2009 the Master of the High Court appointed four provisional judicial
managers to manage the affairs of Blyvoor until today when they were required to submit an
interim report to the High Court of South Africa (“High Court”).
The High Court today (16 March 2010) extended the provisional judicial management order granted
on 10 November 2009 to the 13
th
of April 2010 to enable the judicial managers to compile and file a
report on the affairs of Blyvoor.
