RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In August 2020, we appointed Jeanne Thoma as a director of the Company. Ms. Thoma is the former Chief Executive Officer of SPI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“SPI”), who retired in October 2020. SPI supplies ingredients to the Company. We made payments totaling approximately $352,000 and $208,000 in the years ended 2020 and 2019, respectively, to SPI, related to the purchase of ingredients.
