Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 17, 2008, Susan Swenson resigned from her position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company in order to pursue another opportunity. In connection with her resignation, Ms. Swenson will forfeit the 75,000 shares of restricted common stock granted to her pursuant to the terms of that certain Executive Employment Agreement dated August 20, 2007 by and between the Company and Ms. Swenson.
