9. RECENT COMPANY ACTIVITIES	NOTE 9 – RECENT COMPANY ACTIVITIES The Company hired Michael Hufnagel as Director of Engineering on June 27, 2016. The employment contract grants an annual salary of $145,000, a $10,000 signing bonus and restricted-common stock with an annual value of $60,000. One quarter of the stock shall be granted at the end of the first quarter anniversary of employment and a like amount each quarter as long as the contract is in effect.
